CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FACEBOOK COMPETITION
Taunus Wunderland e.K.

1. Organizer
The competition is organized by Taunus Wunderland e.K., Haus zur Schanze 1, 65388 Schlangenbad (hereafter referred to as "Taunus Wunderland").

2. Eligibility to participate
All persons who are permanently resident in the Federal Republic of Germany and who are registered as a fan of the Taunus Wunderland Facebook page are eligible to participate.

Each participant may only take part in the Taunus Wunderland competition once by posting a comment under the entry or marking the entry with "like".

3. Participation
Participation in the competition takes place by the participant posting a comment under the entry or marking the entry with "like".

The Taunus Wunderland reserves the right to disqualify any participant who manipulates the competition or violates these conditions of participation. Disqualification will also take place if there is reasonable suspicion of manipulation or a violation of the conditions of participation.

Participation in the Taunus Wunderland competition is free of charge. The participant only has to pay the fees for the internet connection to the websites with the competition. Participation and chances of winning are independent of the purchase of products or the ordering of services.

4. Participation period and prizes
The competition takes place in the period of the Facebook post mentioned on the Taunus Wunderland e.K. Facebook page. We are raffling off the prize stated in the post among all participants. The prizes will not be paid out in cash.

5. Data protection
The data of the winners will only be used by the Taunus Wunderland to run the competition. Winner data will continue to be saved insofar as this is required by law. However, they will then be blocked for further use. Please note that as a fan of the Taunus Wunderland Facebook page, the participant's data released in the profile will remain visible to the Taunus Wunderland.

The objection means that you will be excluded from participating in the competitions.

6. Disclaimer / changes to the conditions of participation
The Taunus Wunderland is not liable for the availability of the Facebook website and the Facebook page of Taunus Wunderland e.K. The Taunus Wunderland is also not liable for any transmission errors.

The Taunus Wunderland reserves the right to change these conditions of participation at any time and without giving reasons, in particular insofar as this is necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond Taunus Wunderland's control or if this is the only way to ensure that the competitions are carried out properly.

7. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. There is no right of appeal (§ 762 BGB).

This competition is not related to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook. The recipient of the information provided by the user is not Facebook, but the Taunus Wonderland. The information provided will only be used for the competition. The participants release Facebook from any liability resulting from claims in connection with the implementation of the competition (in particular its publication and organization). All questions, comments or complaints about the competition must be addressed directly to the Taunus Wunderland and not to Facebook.
